How are your napkins sold?
All products are sold by the case. Each product page shows the number of napkins per case and per inner pack, so you can compare cost per napkin accurately.
How do I pay?
Orders placed online are confirmed by email with an invoice and a secure payment link. We do not collect or store card details on this website. Approved trade accounts may request payment terms.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders of $150 or more within the contiguous United States. Orders under $150 ship for a flat $14.95. Pallet and freight orders are quoted individually.
Can I get samples?
Yes. Trade customers can request samples of any stock napkin through the contact form — tell us the products and colours you are considering.
What are the minimums for custom printed napkins?
Minimums depend on the napkin and print method and are shown on each custom product. Foil-stamped cocktail napkins start at 1,000 pieces; spot-colour printed napkins typically start at 5,000 pieces.
What is your return policy?
Unopened cases of stock napkins may be returned within 30 days. Custom printed products are made to order and cannot be returned unless defective. See Shipping & Returns for details.
