Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars per case and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated on your invoice. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may correct pricing errors and will always ask before proceeding at a corrected price.
Payment
Payment is due on receipt of invoice unless terms have been agreed in writing for an approved trade account. Goods are dispatched once payment is received or terms are confirmed.
Custom products
Custom printed products are produced to the proof you approve. Minor variations in colour and print registration are inherent to printing on tissue and are not defects. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Delivery, returns and liability
Delivery dates are estimates. Returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied, to the extent permitted by law.
