Shipping
- Free ground shipping on orders of $150 or more within the contiguous United States.
- Flat-rate $14.95 shipping on orders under $150.
- In-stock orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment.
- Pallet, freight and scheduled-delivery orders are quoted individually — contact our wholesale team.
Returns
- Unopened, undamaged cases of stock products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Contact us before sending anything back so we can issue a return authorisation.
- Custom printed and foil-stamped products are made to order and are non-returnable unless defective.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or credit promptly.
